Kicker Neil Rackers Signs With The Houston Texans

Former Cardinal kicker Neil Rackers signed a 2-year deal with the Houston Texans earlier today. Neil Rackers was scheduled to visit the Jets tomorrow, but obviously that meeting will no longer take place. The Jets are looking for a kicker to replace Jay Feely, who signed with the Cardinals earlier in the week. Unless the Jets make a move before the season, Nick Folk appears to be the guy who will take over the kicking duties.
